Ryan in an enormous advocate for his clients. He has listed 2 properties for us (sold 1, selling 1); helped us purchase property; and managed a rental property for us. What sets Ryan apart from other realtors: 1.) He has unparalleled work-ethic. He is responsive and pro-active; well-seasoned and organized. I recently needed information from a property he sold for us years ago. He not only knew exactly what I was talking about (years! later), he researched and got me copies of all necessary paperwork WITHIN minutes of my call. MINUTES! 2.) He has a critical eye and is fiercely protective of his client's best interest. Since we don't live in the desert, selling/buying/renting desert real estate is decidedly more complicated. Ryan is every seller/buyer/landlord's secret weapon. He knows the contracts and laws; questions to ask and pitfalls to avoid; contractors and other service providers to recommend; and I continue to marvel at his ability to read people and accurately predict the eventual real estate outcome. 3.) Ryan takes pride in everything he does. Unlike many realtors we've met, Ryan's level of service is not damped by the size of commission. He has never once suggested he had 'more important' deals to handle or given us the impression he had somewhere else he'd rather be. In Ryan we completely trust.

After making offers on two different homes with other realtors, I declined the purchase after the property inspections. I found a great realtor Ryan Gaertner while searching for the third property I was interested in. I was making this purchase with a 1031-exchange and the process and guidelines were stressful. I was so thankful to have Ryan on my side. I was so appreciative of his knowledge and dedication. He was very caring and responsive to all of my concerns and requests for help and information and made me feel like I was a priority. In the short amount of time I had to identify and purchase another property Ryan did everything he could to help this exchange run smoothly. He facilitated this process by speaking with the 1031-exchange company, escrow, the broker for home insurance and the lender in my behalf. Ryan had a lot of great advise and knowledge of the community I was purchasing in and it's surrounding areas. I had very little time before close of the property to travel to see it. His assistance to assure me it was a great property by taking videos of the property inside and out made this purchase decision so much easier. Ryan exceeded all my expectations.
